The Bake House for Murrow's Production of Into the Woods was designed to be flown in and out. The challenge was to have the unit open and close while being flown in and out. Sara, our student rigging supervisor, worked long and hard in devising the system of cables and pulleys that executed this effect. As you can see in this photograph, the side flats open up and the counter and shelves fold down.
